Day one: Our team will mechanically scrub clean your floor to the highest standard possible using professional scrubbing equipment and then apply 2 coats of specialist floor sealant.

Six months later: Our team will return and undertake a site survey examining the floor in detail and will report its findings in a simple report designed to identify potential maintenance needs, identify potential repair needs and will provide specialist advice accordingly.

These processes can be repeated for a further 2 years if required up to maximum of 5 years and the price will be fixed for the duration when signed for on day one.
