Day one: Our team will sand your floor to the highest standard possible using professional quality sanding equipment and then apply 3 coats of specialist floor sealant.

Six months later: Our team will return and mechanically scrub clean the floor and apply a specialist professional refresher product and buff the floor.

Six months later: Our team will return and mechanically scrub clean the floor and apply 2 coats of the specialist floor sealant used on day one.

Six months later: Our team returns once again and will mechanically scrub clean the floor, once again applying a coat of the professional refresher product before buffing the floor.

Six months later: Our team will return and mechanically scrub clean the floor and apply 2 coats of the specialist floor sealant used on day one.

Six months later: Our team returns once again and will mechanically scrub clean the floor, once again applying a coat of the professional refresher product before buffing the floor.

Throughout the term: Our team will examine the floor at each visit and report additional maintenance requirements as required and of course be available to provide general maintenance advice through our customer service centre.

These processes can be repeated for a further 2 years if required up to maximum of 5 years and the price will be fixed for the duration when signed for on day one.
